The four performances every year form the basis, spiced with a medival marked, art exhibition, concerts, theatre and much more.

The medival marked during th Saint Olav Festival is an experiencefor all generations. It includes theatre, musical games, archery and physical activities for children. You can see dyeing of textiles with plant colours, the "nålebinding" stiching technique from Viking times, sewing of shoes and skin rugs, forging metal and woodcarving.

In 2007, a total of 55 000 people visited The Saint Olav Festival at Stiklestad.
